Kukka managementでは随時モデルを募集しております。
応募要項:下記情報をご記入、写真添付の上、下記メールアドレスまでお送りください。

• ●名前（Full name）
• ●性別（Gender）
• ●生年月日※未成年の方は保護者の同意書が必要です（Date of birth. if you’re under 20 years old, please make sure your parents agree on your submission）
• ●身長、バスト、ウエスト、ヒップ、靴のサイズ（Height, Bust, Waist, Hips, Shoe size）
• ●写真（顔のアップ、横向き、全身）（Photos of clear headshot without make up, Side profile, Full length shot）
• ●インスタグラムアカウント※もしあれば （Instagram ID *No essential）
• ●連絡先電話番号（Phone number）
